What lawsuit options do we have to sue TDS Telecom?
TDS provides the same service that was established in the 90's and has yet to upgrade their equipment, we should be paying $9.95 for their slow service as that is all its worth. The pictures I uploaded show how horrible their service is. I could get faster and better bandwidth using satellite or maybe even a 33.6K modem would improve my speeds. TDS does not invest in its infrastructure as needed and we as customers continue to suffer. The government should deny any licenses that are renewed each year until TDS telecom upgrade their equipment to something at least made in the past 5 years...
I would like to gather as many TDS customers as possible and see what kind of class action lawsuit we can file against TDS telecom and all of its parent and subsidiary companies..
TDS also owns the following companies that have VERY poor ratings...
US Cellular, Baja Broadband, TDS Telecom, Metrocom
Be aware as users of their low grade inferior service that they own several companies providing horrible service. Lets shut them down and force them to upgrade.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $5000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

You can count me in on this, they have screwed me for last seven eight years and still doing it cause no other company In this area that provides services and they know it
You guys are idiots. The class action lawsuit has been going on for years, with Davis & Norris law firm.
All you had to do was google it one time. Final payment checks arrive today and the case settled over a year ago.
Has anyone found a class action against TDS yet? We are a rural county in MS and the service we have paid for and received are not the same.
I paid extra for faster service but never received that. We currently who have people who have service and they have called for a technician to only be told that it may be a week or more before a technician can troubleshoot the problem.
Yet they refuse to prorate the bills. I disconnected my service because they would not fix my internet and phone issue and now I cant access my online account to print out old electronic bills nor can I get them to send me those.
There has already been a settled class action lawsuit. I have already been paid.
Filing a lawsuit will cost you money you probably will never recover. Instead, find out what local governmental authority TDS operates under (city authorization, permissions, etc.), assemble a LARGE group of dissatisfied fellow citizens and ask permission to testify in a city council or city commission meeting (whatever your city calls it), and rake TDS over the coals, demanding the city government mandate improvements or demanding the city government decertify TDS as an ISP in your city. If your city government officials don't take action, it's probably time for recall elections to take back control over your city.
I agree And your email is antiquated Sorry I Really want to like You and I used too. But catch up with the times and stop charging us Ridiculously High Pricing for what we receive.
Forget all about it. Nobody is forcing you to use the service. Lawsuit options, Hahahahaha.
Some people cant, retard. As they monopolise a lot of areas.
We've been battling TDS for over 3 years now. They have a tight contract with the county I live in and it prevents other cable broadband service from entering their territory.
TDS keeps saying that they're improving their backbone in our area.
Well after 3 years it hasn't happened. We consistently get speeds of 0.1Mbps down, all the way up to a whopping 0.8Mbps on their 60Mbps service.
